This robust, higher specification loft ladder is manufactured from quality aluminium extrusions, which makes it very suitable for domestic and commercial use. With a duty rating of 150kg these heavy duty ladders are also suitable for use in industrial premises.
The Superior loft ladder from Ramsay is made with deep channel section stiles and flat, corrugated, extra-wide treads making the ladders both safe and comfortable to use. The treads are 400 mm wide and 90mm deep making this particular loft ladder feel safe to climb.
The opening and closing is spring counterbalanced for ease of operation and makes the ladders easy to operate by almost any adult. They come as standard with a large safety handrail and a second is available as an option.
The ladder comes complete with an operating pole, handrail and all fittings required to install the ladder correctly. The range is perfect for unusually high ceilings. With a duty rating of 150kg (to BS T 307) these heavy duty ladders are also suitable for use in industrial premises. Designed to suit existing openings you should be able to fit it to most existing loft hatches.
