ARE WERNER AND YOUNGMAN THE SAME COMPANY?
Werner and Youngman were separate companies in the industry, however in 2014 Werner UK reached an agreement to purchase all the shares of the Youngman group. This allowed Werner to continue to develop their product offering and grow their market share within ladders and steps. At the start of this year Werner decided to begin a rebranding campaign and consolidate their product offering meaning that Youngman products have now become discontinued. So in short, yes, Werner and Youngman were the same company however a large range of Youngman products have been discontinued and replaced.
