The Heavy Duty Stira Cosy+ is an industrial version of the standard Cosy+ and comes with extra strong hinges, additional springs and deeper, stronger treads. The heavy duty version of the Cosy+ has a width of 370mm width deep 120mm treads. This heavy duty loft ladder is an airtight and highly insulated loft ladder kit that is designed to improve the energy efficiency of your home. The Stira Cosy+ helps achieve or maintain an A EPC rating for your property. Interdependently certified, with an unmatched 10 year guarantee, this loft ladder complete kit isn't only a easy to install and energy efficient but offers safe access to your loft space. Robust, with high quality components, the Cosy+ is an excellent choice when replacing or adding a loft ladder with hatch to your home.
