If you are looking for luxury and reliability but haven't the space for a fixed stairs, the Skylark is your ultimate solution. Every model in the range is designed to remove the anxiety of going to your attic by offering a fully automated experience. Because each unit is operational by remote control or the included hard-wired switch, there is absolutely no lifting, pulling, or pushing required, meaning anyone can open and close a Skylark with ease.
Each Skylark comes in a compact unit with a trapdoor and fixed frame that are insulated and draft-sealed to provide a fantastic 0.71 U-Value. The ladders are crafted from premium Beech hardwood and are incredibly solid, boasting a 225kg working load capacity. Safety is built into every detail, from the two handrails included as standard to the deep non-slip steps designed just 230mm apart with a 64-degree climbing angle. To ensure total reliability, the range includes a power pack with a battery backup for more than 20 full movements during a power outage, all backed by a full 10-year parts guarantee including electrical components.
