The 3.65m staging boards from LFI are manufactured in lightweight aluminium and give the option of single or double handrails to create a safe enclosed platform. Designed for the toughest of environments, the Tuff staging board range is built to Class 1 standards and has a 270kg distributed load rating. The beauty of the LFI staging boards is that they come with replaceable decks. This means if a deck is damaged, for example, from dropped tools, etc, it can be replaced without needing to replace the whole system.
Main Features Include:
- All posts are fitted with toeboard clips & adjustable fittings to create a secure & safe system. Toeboards must be sourced separately.
- Replaceable decks
- Rubber inserts in the underside prevent movement when in use
- Heavy-duty aluminium frame with oversized aluminium bearers at 290mm
- Decking is supported the full length of the staging board by an integral clip on the stile
- Marine plywood decking – Class 3 (Weather & Boil Proof), Birch throughout with Phenyl mesh coating for maximum durability and grip
