The Firfold wooden loft ladder has been designed with the same high quality timber materials as used in all other TB Davies loft ladders but also can withstand fire for upto 30 minutes. This fire rated loft ladder comes fitted with a hatch and is fully assembled. With a 150kg load capacity and complying to EN14975, this fire rated loft ladder isn't only fire rated but keeps the draught out thanks to its 0.67W/m2K u-value and 27mm thick wooden frame.

- 60mm deep insulated white trapdoor with metal locking key
