The Elite Heavy Duty Concertina Loft Ladder has a zig zag style and is manufactured from pressure die-cast aluminium. This range of loft ladders have a strong load capacity of 200KG per step, this Elite loft ladder is spring assisted and one of it's main benefits is easy installation within an exiting hatch box or ceiling opening. This concertina style loft ladder is supplied as a ready to fit unit and has wide treads, it comes with non-slip protective feet and a telescopic handrail to offer comfort, safety and ease of access.
