Machine Access Steps

The variety of products in this category are ideal for use when performing routine maintenance on machinery perhaps in a factory or warehouse environment. They are available in both aluminium and steel meaning they are strong and robust whilst still being relatively lightweight and therefore significantly easy to move. All come with at least a single handrail, this provides increased stability for the user allowing them to safely access heights, reducing risk of injury.

What is a machine access step? 

In a factory or warehouse, machine access steps are ideal for performing routine maintenance on machinery. They are made of aluminium and steel, making them sturdy and durable while being light and easy to transport. Machine steps also tend to come fitted with a handrail when working around machines. 

Do machine access steps come without a handrail?  

Most machine access steps do come fitted with at least one handrail to improve user stability and to reduce the risk of a fall when working at height. However, in some cases handrails may not be available due to space restraints. At these times at lower heights a stable step may be a more suitable solution.
