Scaffold towers and scaffolding both have their advantages and disadvantages when working at height. The main benefit of using scaffolding over mobile towers is the versatility it offers, for example, if you need to build around a structure scaffolding will do the job much better than a mobile tower.The time it takes to erect however is much higher with scaffolding, so for tasks taking a couple of days a tower is probably the easier and most time effective solution.
