The Deluxe Electric Loft Ladder is a superb heavy duty, die cast aluminium, concertina ladder, complete with hatch door and frame, suitable for both commercial and domestic use. The ladder can be operated using the remote control, provided or via a wall switch which is availiable at an extra cost.

The SAF-E has a smooth, powered opening and closing action with dedicated safety sensors to detect any obstacles and shut off the ladders should there be any, this feature is especially comforting if you have children or pets. Extra safety features include a red LED which flashes to indicate that the ladders are in operation and a safety buzzer which gives an audible warning.

The ladder is powder painted in black with grey carpeted treads for extra grip. A telescopic handrail is supplied to one side and exit grab rails are fitted as standard. An optional second safety rail is also available. It comes complete with MDF hatch door and mounted in an integral strong, steel pressed frame, which lines the hatch opening, ready to install.

Emergency 'STOP' sensor detects obstructions and halts ladder operation. With a duty rating of 150kg these heavy duty ladders are suitable for use in domestic, offices and industrial premises. Powered by a 240 volt power socket of fuse spur.
