The design of LMF Fakro loft ladder from is one of few loft ladders that complies with stringent fire requirements whilst providing safe and comfortable access to loft spaces. The loft hatch supplied with this ladder prevents fire from spreading to the upper or lower storey for 120 minutes. This range of loft ladder from Fakro has many added benefits, one of which is the short distance of the top tread to the loft floor, preventing any potential hazards when in use. This metal loft ladder has an impressive tread width of 130mm and also comes with a handrail for added security.
