Products that are made to order or made to our customers specifications cannot be returned unless faulty. We also have to take into account the time it takes to create technical drawings. Due to the time it takes to complete these drawings, if an order is placed then cancelled there will be a fee for the drawing. This is either 20% of the total cost or £75 per hour depending on the manufacturer. This fee is passed on entirely from our suppliers. This fee excludes bespoke hatches. |

Details of fitting
Had to work out the best way to fit this in the lip of the ladder hatch. I used the two holes on the lock bracket itself. Tricky to find lock hole space when closing the hatch. When fixed it works by turning a 6mm square hole in the previous hole for a plastic fitting that had failed. This works well and I'm happy with it.

Had to replace lock
After checking several web pages finally decided to purchase with ladderstore as there were by far the cheapest, I was wary as I have purchase items from previous suppliers in the past as they were cheap only to be disappointed, but I must say this is not the case with Ladderstore as they kept me up to date with delivery details and the product arrived on day stated, was well package and the small gift was really enjoyed by the kids. Thanks Ladderstore, would definitely use again and have no concerns in recommending them.

Pleased to find I could purchase parts
Pleased to find I could purchase parts for my Midmade loft ladder - swivel catch - but slightly taken aback at the price but worth it as the original had become dangerously unreliable.
