Facebook Competition Outline

 

The promoter is Ladderstore Ltd (company no. 3230923) whose registered office is at The Old Bank, 116-118 Bradshaw Brow, Bolton, BL2 3DD.

 

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Ladderstore Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

 

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

 

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

 

The closing date for entry will be 27/02/2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

 

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

 

The prize is as follows: Werner Adjustable Pro Work Platform

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. 

 

Winners will be chosen on 28/02/2023 at random by software, from all entries received 

 

The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

 

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize will be delivered. 

 

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.

 

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

•  Ladderstore Ltd will judge the competition and decide on the winner which will be picked at random from all complete entries via Facebook. 

• Ladderstore Ltd decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final.

• The entrant must like the Ladderstore page and comment with the correct answer in order to enter.

• The entrant is obligated to provide a clear and well-lit photo of the competition prize in use within the first month of receiving the prize. 

• Ladderstore Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
