Gail and Gill recently visited Klime-Ezee (with Carrs Pasties!), one of the UKs leading access and handling solution manufacturers in Derbyshire. As retailers of the Klime-ezee brand of warehouse steps, we wanted to see for ourselves how the Klime-ezee team work.
Klime-Ezee is a ‘Lean Thinking’ company that is passionate about one thing… growing it’s people. They know that by focusing all of their attention on this one thing, everything else takes care of itself. Everyone at Klime-Ezee has one simple but important task… to fix what bugs them!
Ashley and the team showed them around various areas of the workshop including the sandbox area where ideas are harvested, the production planning section and despatch area.
Whilst talking to the staff on the shop floor they were all very happy and proud of the continual improvements that they were making and could see the benefits for all the company.
After the visit, Gail said "I was really pleased to see all the changes that Ashley and the Team had made since our last visit in 2013. The manufacturing area was extremely clean and well organised (even the spray booth!).
Ashley was very enthusiastic about the positive changes going on in the company and is continually looking to develop the products to exceed customers expectations. The Team at Klime-ezee are a pleasure to do business with - always in tune with their customers."
Ashley was also pleased with our visit. "We would like to thank Gail and Gill for their visit to Klime-Ezee. Their presence that day made a huge impact on our team by keeping them motivated to continue to make improvements. It’s great for them to see firsthand how much they are appreciated by you and your customers!"
“During the visit we had the opportunity to discuss our new website and the future developments for our Klime-Ezee product range, including removable trays, baskets and a new range of Truck-Dock units coming in the future. Having direct feedback from Gail and Gill was extremely helpful and we wish to thank them again for taking the time to come and see us.”
