This week is National Customer Service Week. This is a week long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the role it plays in successful business practice.
At Ladderstore we agree 100% that customer service is vital for our company. Without our customers we would not be here today. We strive to get everything right and our staff will go the extra mile to ensure the customer journey is as easy and as stress free is possible.
We have supplied ladders to a range of customers and it’s great to have longstanding relationships with them. It’s also fantastic to hear all their feedback, it helps us improve where necessary and it’s also a great boost of confidence when we are getting things right.
For today's Customer Service Week Theme - The Voice Of The Customer we are focusing on one of our existing relationships. We work closely with a number of loft fitters and we have been working with More Than Loft Ladders for a number of years. We spoke to Mark, from More Than, and he had this to say:
“We are a franchise ladder installation business with 9 franchises covering 12 franchise areas with 15 vans and have a turnover approaching 1.2 million per year. We use ladderstore because they have a great selection of ladders and a very easy to do business with.
