Providing both the warming and fire-proof properties of the Scandinavian Midmade Deluxe Fire Certified Folding Timber Loft Ladder is the timber and fibre board loft hatch, packed with 60 mm of Rockwool insulation. The trap door is psring balanced with an espagnolette 2-bolt locking system, and is easily operated with an opening handle.
