These fire certified ladders sit at the top of the MidMade loft ladder range, and deservedly so. They are certified according to ISO 9001 and 14001. The Scandinavian Midmade Deluxe Fire Certified Folding Aluminium Loft Ladder combines stylish design with heavy duty engineering, resulting in the perfect loft access solution for public areas such as apartment buildings, commercial and industrial storage areas, lift rooms and ventilation spaces where fire rating is a requirement.

The enabling force in our 60 minute fire proof rated ladders is the anti-corrosive treated steel loft hatch, packed with 50 mm of Rockwool insulation. The pre-drilled holes in the frame enable fitting to concrete or wooden beams, and the Scandinavian Midmade Deluxe Fire Certified Folding Aluminium Loft Ladder can also be directly founded into place. This ladder is particularly suitable for areas of limited space and extra high ceilings. The gas piston counterbalance system means the opening and closing of the ladders is effortlessly smooth.

Delivered fully assembled and constructed for easy installation with architrave frame, pre-drilled assembly holes and fitting springs at the front and at the back. This stylish ladder is supplied with an elegant frame casing, which acts as an architrave to cover the joint between frame and ceiling, so no need to buy extra materials to complete the job.
