Premium Steel Loft Access Hatch - 600 x 600 mm

Premium Steel Loft Access Hatch provides protected openings in ceilings and walls for access to building engineering services. The door is finished in powder coated white and can be over painted to blend with the surrounding surface. The hatch has full length piano hinges. The Premium Panel is a high quality robust access solution suitable for everyday use with all the discrete advantages your client demands of an access panel. The spring loaded invisible keyhole provides a seamless finish, without the unsightly white caps that can spoil the finished design.

There are two frame options for the Premium Steel Loft Access Hatch. A beaded Frame Type with a perforated flange to key into the surrounding membrane, used where the surface has yet to be finished. Or the Picture Frame Type where the solid flange sits on the surface of the wall or ceiling and covers the cut edge of the aperture, used where the surface has already been finished.

The access panels hatches come as standard with a plastic square 200mm drive budget key. There is the option to pay extra and get a long reach metal budget key which at 800mm long allows the invisible keyhole system to be operated from the ground!
