Award Winning Teletower from ZARGES is now available in Fibreglass and available; for use near electrical hazards.
Since its launch in May 2011 the Teletower, winner of this year’s Innovation Award at the Executive Hire Show, has proved a giant success with hundreds of customers seeing the benefits of using the world’s first mobile telescopic scaffold tower. Following on its heels is the new Fibreglass Teletower which will offer the same benefits to users working near electrical hazards.
One such customer already benefiting from Teletower is Manchester based builders Hynd. Having ordered one of the very first Teletowers to arrive in the UK it came as some surprise when the company immediately ordered their second telescopic tower system. David Hynd takes up the story. “It took us all of one day to realize we loved Teletower. Once we got the hang of erecting it, and its not difficult, we said right away let’s get another one. We have two fitting teams of 6 people and having Teletower in the back of the van is a massive benefit to us. I bet Teletower will pay for itself in months simply due to the time it takes to install and erect, let alone saying us costs for traditional scaffold.”

The Teletower telescopic mobile scaffold tower is a maintenance work platform with variable platform heights from 0.33 to 2.00 metres that can be easily transported in a small van or car boot and erected in under 3 minutes by one person. The judges at the Executive Hire Show were so impressed with it that they awarded it this year's prestigious Innovation Award beating a record 36 other entries to first place. The Teletower won the category in which judges were looking for “genuinely new technological and design advantages that address issues that hirers and end users are concerned about.”
