Abru 2 Section Timber Sliding Loft Ladder

This is a fantastically simple ladder to install, and the accompanying fitting instructions couldn't be more comprehensive. Manufactured in natural pine the treads are grooved making them less 'slippy' and safer to climb up and down. The sliding system is spring assisted making it straightforward for most adults to use as well as giving a satisfying smooth operation.

The ladders can be trimmed to ensure a perfect fit and they conform to BS 7553 Class H. They are suitable for professional and domestic use. If you are looking for quick and easy access to your loft at a sensible price, or you have space restrictions that prevent you using a folding ladder then this is the one for you.

- I have an opening to the loft that is 49 cm x 105 cm which is solid concrete which way can I fit it & what problems can I encounter.
- The Abru 2 Section Sliding ladder would have to be fitted on the 49cm side, you must also make sure that within the loft you have 1550mm horizontal clearance and 1050mm vertical clearance.

- Can you please tell me the distance between the edge of the loft hatch (Where the hatch hinges will be) to the end of the ladder on the floor when extended. Want to make sure it doesn't hit the wall by the hatch?
- The ladder will sit underneath the hatch but will depend on how far you extend the ladder. as it is a sliding ladder.
