Professional Conservatory Access & Maintenance Ladder

The simple, safe and strong solution for access to conservatory roofs these ladders are suitable for all popular roof configurations and fit over 80% of UK conservatories. Ideal for conservatory installers, window cleaners and homeowners alike.

They are quick and easy to assemble with an adjustable anti-slip base stabiliser for use on uneven or sloping ground.

Non-marking rubber encased bearers rest on the conservatory roof's glazing bars to safely spread the load and a 120 mm suction cup with a quick tension strap secure the ladders to the conservatory windows for additional safety.

The ladders come with a comfortable, adjustable kneeling platform and tool tray with a bucket recess and safety handrails on the roof ladder section.

The ladders are adjustable for eaves heights from 2.4 to 2.6 metres and roof slope angles from 2 to 35 degrees. The access ladder is 500mm wide with anti-slip rungs and the roof ladder is 420mm wide, the bearer bars are 1200mm wide.

The main ladder has a length of 2.90 m and the extension part has a length of 1.65 m.

- I clean conservatories for a living. The ladders I have are only good enough for up to 2.5 meters. What is the longest conservatory ladder you supply?
- The longest conservatory ladder we can supply is for vertical height to eaves of 3.0m, This is a made to order product and delivery would be 7-10 working days from date of order £369.59 + vat delivery to mainland UK address £9.95.

- Will I be able to use a conservatory ladder to kneel/stand on so that I can paint the wall above the conservatory?
- Provided you do not exceed the recommend maximum weight load and comply with the working at height regulations, mainly that you don't work and keep the ladders in any one place for more than 30 minutes without taking a break.
