- Could someone tell me why when i tighten up the clamps the hook under the roof rack moves then everything comes loose?
- There are a number of possibilities:
  1. The SafeClamp body is not tight against the ladder before the operating handle is pulled down
  2. The hook is not tight up against the roof bar before the operating handle is pulled down
  3. The ladder has a twist, and so one end of the ladder is "floating" above the bar. This will need to be pushed flat before clamping
  4. If none of these work, and there is still significant movement after clamping, there may be a fault with the clamp.

- Will the clamp take two ladders, one on top of the other?
- Yes, the Rhino SafeClamp can accommodate up to 4 ladder sections.
