The Ladder Stopper is manufactured from 'T' shaped aluminium extrusion bonded into an 11 mm vulcanised rubber base with 2 mm deep grooves at the top and bottom.

This product has been evaluated by Leeds Polytechnic who tested it on various surfaces including wet grass and wet and dry floors.

The Ladder Stopper is also used by BT and British Gas for extra safety.

'The Stopper may be expected to improve considerably the limits of stability of a ladder and would be expected to be of great interest to safety officers as a means of improving the stability of ladders.' Tested by Leeds Polytechnic
