| Thank you for the prompt service. It was a breath of fresh air for a firm to live up to their delivery promise. My daughter is expecting a baby and I wanted to help her decorate in January.
I ordered ladders from another company on the 8th of January 05. I was told they would be delivered in around 5 days. They did not arrive. I phoned the firm regularly to pursue my order and was given a number of excuses. It took me a while to convince the firm that 10 weeks was too long to wait for a set of ladders.
Unfortunately my daughter is now not able to help decorate as she is considerably more pregnant than she was in January! Still she makes a nice cuppa. |

I am sorry to be late in emailing you. A thank you for the paint pot ladder hook you kindly sent me. I have been using the ladders over the last two weeks and I am very pleased with them and the accessories, especially the ladder step.

| Firstly background, I could not find what I wanted in the big stores, was tired of visiting shops just to find they did not stock what I was looking for or it was out of stock.
So I typed into Google. (Ladder accessories) and up came LadderStore, in it was pictures of what was available all the questions I had to ask answered, ordering made simple.
So filled in form got receipt back saying order was on its way, (sounded to good to be true).
A day or two later I phoned to enquire what day my purchase would arrive, was told by friendly person she did not know but would get some one that did to phone me back (again sounded to good to be true).
Got phone call back very soon after I put phone down, was informed by another friendly lady that it was with courier and would arrive that day before 5.30, (yet again sounded to good to be true).
Well that after noon I answered the ringing of my door bell and there it was package with my goods as ordered.
So what I am saying is I am delighted with the product and service I was provided with, and will recommend LadderStore as the place to shop. |
